About Us
The County comprises 15 Section 1 rugby clubs: Aldermaston, Basildon, Berkshire Shire Hall, Bracknell, Broadmoor Staff, Hungerford, Maidenhead, Newbury, Newbury Stags, Reading, Reading Abbey, Redingensians, Tadley, Thatcham and Windsor. There are over 80 rugby-playing schools, with the most famous and successful being Wellington College.
The current President, Ray Kays, is the 29th in the County's history. Numbered amongst previous Presidents are a few who are still involved on our committees: Tony Boyer (82-84), Jon Dance (92-94), Bill Willis (97-99), Peter Ringrow (99-01) and David Bolton (05-07).
