Tadley RFC, is looking for a Head Coach for three senior teams and a colts xv for the start of the 2017/18 season.
We are looking for a dynamic personality with a minimum of 2 years coaching experience and who has played at a good standard. They must understand community rugby and how to get the best out of amateur players. Player/coaches will also be considered.
The candidate must be able to commit to Tuesday and Thursday evenings from July through to April and a full league and preseason schedule of 25 games. They should be at least level 2 qualified and the club will support progression to level 3 where appropriate. They will be responsible for planning and leading training, developing assistant coaches and 1st XV selection.
The candidate will be expected to improve the clubs league position, while playing open and attacking rugby.
