The Henley College Elite Rugby programme is currently recruiting the most aspirational and talented year 11 students to its programme in partnership with Ealing Trailfinders & Brunel University.

The programme gives Boys the opportunity to combine a full time Rugby programme with Ealing Trailfinders staff alongside a full time A-Level or BTEC qualification. This allows students to not only gain an excellent education and qualification but to also gain experience in how elite athletes train.

The Rugby is delivered at our college site and at Henley Hawks RFC which is within walking distance to the college, led by Head Coach Tom Redfern. The Henley programme has an additional 10 full time members of staff. This is what we believe really separates our programme from the rest and that is the level of support, guidance and care that the college coaching staff can provide thanks to the support from the College and Ealing Trailfinders.

At the college we have five Academy & College rugby coaches devoted to the programme, two strength and conditioning coaches, two physiotherapists, 1 performance analyst and 1 nutritionist.

TRIAL DATES

All students when arriving at the college receive a Henley Journal. In their journal is their Individual development plan, strength programmes, rehab sessions, coaches feedback sheets and reflection pages to ensure the players development is tracked and monitored over the two years.

This also includes our competition offer which extends to playing ACE schools, independent schools (such as Wellington College, Harrow School, Whitgift & Radley College), Natwest Cup Games and AOC League fixtures for our 2^nd & 3^rd XV.

The programme is the ideal home for students wanting to really develop in a professional environment alongside like minded players whilst gaining important academic qualifications.

For those living out of the area we are also able to support you with accommodation.

And finally, thanks to the support from Ealing Trailfinders we are able to support the most talented U18s with scholarships to attend Henley College. This fund has been put in place to ensure barriers are removed to ensure Henley is a number 1 choice.
