CHECK FOR CONCUSSION (Recognise, Remove, Recover & Return)

Simply apply the ‘4Rs’ of concussion (above) to learn how to recognise signs and symptoms, when a player should be removed from the pitch, how best to recover, and when it’s appropriate to return to play.
