YOUTH Boys’ COMPETITIONS
Berkshire RFU Boys’ Youth Competitions are managed by Adam Gillings.
Adam manages waterfall competitions for Berkshire clubs at U13 and U14 (Berkshire Cup), leagues for Berkshire Clubs at U15 (Berkshire Youth League) and for U16 and U18 boys teams on behalf of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire – the “OBB Leagues”.

The following competitions for boys in the different age groups and for which details can be seen in the relevant Age Group Competition page
Cup Competitions (Warefall)
- U13
- Main Cup
- Development Cup
- U14
- Main Cup
- Development Cup
FORMAT
Pool games will be played through the season, these will be followed by a knockout competition which will lead to the finals day where ALL teams will play in one of four finals for either the development cup or main cup
LEAGUE COMPETITIONS
- U15 (BERKSHIRE YOUTH LEAGUES)
- Division 1
- Division 2
- U16 (OBB – Oxfordshire Buckinghamshire and Berkshire League)
- Division 1 – usually 2 separate leagues
- Division 2 – usually 4 up to separate leagues
- Division 3 – usually 2 separate leagues
- U18s (OBB – Oxfordshire Buckinghamshire and Berkshire League)
- Division 1 – usually only one league
- Division 2 – usually up to 4 separate leagues
- Division 3 – usually up to 4 separate leagues
- Division 4 – U17 teams only – if there are sufficient teams to run this league each season
HALF GAME RULE
All games played MUST comply with the RFU Half Game rule.

The Youth leagues across Berkshire continue to provide a great platform for players to develop and provide a pathway into county, senior and DPP programmes.
Note: All Youth league results (at all age bands) will be recorded on England Rugby GMS (Game Management System)
