Background
As they approach their centenary year Windsor RFC is entering an exciting period in its history.
With a new club house approved; a vibrant minis, juniors and colts section; and a growing and developing women’s team; we now need a Men’s Head Coach to take the Men’s squad to the next level. Whilst the development of their Men’s team is the prime objective, the position also has a pivotal role as a leadership and coaching figure across our entire club at this exciting time.
Candidates should be or ideally have had experience of being a Head Coach or Assistant Coach of a senior team and hold a level a minimum England Rugby Coaching Award (ERCA) or the previous UKCC Level 2 Award and be working towards Level 3 or can demonstrate significant experience in working with/coaching talented players. In addition, the candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with and support other coaches.
