Berkshire RFU registered their first win as a county when they beat Oxfordshire RFU 14-9 at the Newtown Road, Newbury RFC ground.
Brooks (Reading School and Gloucester) produced an excellent display at centre and contributed eight points – a try, conversion and penalty.
Whittaker (Newbury) and Foote (Windsor) also crossed for Berkshire RFU.
