A tight first half at Crowborough RFC saw Berkshire dominate the early exchanges.

Sussex deservedly level through Dorking’s Joe Spurgeon with Toby Simpson converting. Within a couple of minutes of the second half , a penalty from the Berkshire scrum gave Louis Ellis the opportunity to extend the lead and he made no mistake from the tee.
Berkshire went further ahead through Spencer Hayhow and had the final say when Alex Manhardt scorched up the tryline to score to complete a 22-12 win for Berkshire
Berkshire RFU will now contest the Bill Beaumont Division 3 final on June 4th (12.15 KO) against local county rivals Oxfordshire RFU who also won their Pool. The location for the final is to be confirmed but we will be sure to share it and expect to see a bumper crowd to support #bestofberkshire
