Tadley RFC are a well-established Community Club currently with Senior Teams playing in the Berks/Bucks/Oxon Premier League at Level 8 and Berks/Bucks/Oxon League 3.
They are ably supported by a social team made up of new players to the game and older players still wanting to be involved with rugby at a playing level.
They also have a thriving Junior Section of over 250 children from U6 to Colts and a new girl’s squad playing in both the Berkshire and Hampshire Leagues.
They are now seeking a Head Coach who can provide the knowledge, enthusiasm, and capability to mould our talented players into a team capable of progressing further. While still enjoying their rugby and social life related to it.
Our location is on the Berkshire/Hampshire border thus attracting local players in addition to players from Reading, Thatcham & Basingstoke. This puts us in competition for playing personnel with other clubs in both Counties. The successful applicant will need to be able to assist in recruiting players and encouraging senior player retention graduating from our junior ranks.
