Six unanswered second half tries saw a remarkable comeback for the men in green and blue.
Middlesex had stretched away in the first period, replying to an early Alex Manhardt with three tries of their own, James Smith, Iwan Humphrey and Angus Brown touching down, converted by Joe Carolan.
After the break, and with the home team penalty count tumbling and a dominant set piece, Stefan James burst through to touch down.
Ross Crame and Tom Williams crossed for the next two, followed by Dan Thorne, Further tried in the last couple of minutes by Jordan Souter and Will James rounded off an afternoon to remember for the players and supporters alike and sets up a great fixture when Berkshire play away against Sussex at Crowborough RFC on 21st May with a win securing a quarter final spot in this years 2022 Bill Beaumont Mens County Championship.
