Cath Reynolds, Berkshire RFU Training Officer , is responsible for county strategy & budget control across these projects.
Her responsibilities include liaising with recognised training providerssuch as the England Rugby and Berkshire RFU training Officers to support the development of Coaches, medical, volunteers and Referees across Berkshire CB.
She is working alongside the Berkshire Society of Rugby Football Union Referees (BSRFUR), the Berkshire RFU Playing and Development Officer, Mike Tewkesbury to ensure clubs can access the training identified for their needs.
This also includes working with the clubs and schools to provide relevant and accessible training courses. She is keeping up to date with changes in training by liaising with the RFU staff and attending relevant conferences.
She is responsible for the Training section of the PFR with budget responsibility and will present the Training programme with the support of the RFU Training Manager to the Clubs meeting once per annum.
