CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
The Centre of Excellence is the next stage in the Women’s Performance Pathway from the County program. Counties will nominate players that they feel can develop on through the pathway using a criteria designed by the RFU.
Players selected into the Centre of Excellence Programme from season 2023 onwards will NOT be eligible to play County representative Rugby.
