Job Title: Team Manager u17s & u18s Boys Programme
Responsible to: Berkshire RFC Head Coach & Youth Chair
Person Specification:
- The candidate must have experience of team administration at club, university and school level.
- To hold a current DBS certificate.
- Is clearly committed to attendance at all training sessions and games.
Qualities & Attributes
- Ability to self-generate and maintain high levels of motivation; display initiative, tenacity and resilience and to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adapts quickly and with enthusiasm to changes and un-predictable events.

Key Tasks
- Must provide administrative support for the entire playing and coaching set up.
- Arranges all games, training facilities and lines of communication.
- Arranges all travel where appropriate.
- Communicate with all players and coaches concerning training and matches.
- Communicates with all Berkshire clubs.
- Ensure positive publicity for squad selection and match reporting.
- Record all player attendance at training and matches.
