You may or may not be aware of a new legal act known as Martyn’s Law that will become law in around 12 months time. The correct title is the Terrorism (protection of premises) Act 2025.
This new legislation will effect many parts of the hospitality and entertainment industry and will impact on sports venues, including community sport.
It will effect all clubs in Berkshire in one form or another, and to help us all understand the impact Howden have arranged a webinar to explain the legislation and answer questions.
