The England Rugby Mentoring Award courses are now available to book. Details of the course being held in Berkshire are below:
Theale Green School, Saturday 17th January 2026
Revised for this season, the course is now a shorter and more impactful course that starts in January 2026 and consists of one face-to-face day, three online learning modules and an online workshop in May. As part of the course, you will need to have a mentee to have mentoring sessions with and reflect on your use of mentoring skills and methods.
This course is aimed at developing effective mentors in the game that will help support the coaches, match officials and club volunteers within the community game.
